We collect the minimum data needed to run the API and support customers.

This policy covers the public site, API, checkout flow, lead capture, logs, and generated job artifacts.

Data we collect

Email addresses, checkout metadata, API key prefixes, job requests, job status, generated artifact metadata, support messages, lead-form fields, IP-derived rate-limit data, and operational logs.

Payment data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe may collect billing details according to its own policies.

Generated artifacts

Generated files are stored temporarily so you can download them. Signed URLs expire. You should keep your own copies of any artifacts you need.

How data is used

Service operation, billing, support, and abuse prevention.

We use collected data to provide API access, process checkout, enforce limits, debug failures, improve performance, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell customer data. We share data with service providers only as needed to run the product, such as hosting, payment processing, logging, and email/support tools.

Retention and requests

Short-lived artifacts, longer-lived billing records.

Job artifacts are intended to be short-lived and may be deleted automatically. Billing, tax, fraud prevention, and support records may be retained longer where required or useful for account history.
