Refunds

Fair refunds for accidental purchases and service failures.

The API generates digital files, so most successful usage is not refundable after substantial access. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will handle it pragmatically.

Solo and Commercial

Refunds are available for accidental purchases if you contact us within 24 hours and the key has not been used for substantial generation.

Subscriptions

You may cancel future renewal. If you were charged by mistake or could not access the service after payment, contact support.

Failed jobs

If a paid request fails due to our service, we may provide a refund, credit, replacement run, or tier adjustment depending on the situation.

Requesting help

Send the checkout email, approximate time, and job ID if you have one.

Email zach@shopcloudburst.com with enough detail to find the purchase or failed job. Please do not send full card numbers or private credentials.
